　　依据《证券投资基金法》《私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法》等法律法规，未经私募基金管理人登记，任何单位或者个人不得违规从事私募基金业务活动。但是，部分已经在中国证券投资基金业协会（以下简称中基协）注销私募基金管理人登记的企业，仍打着私募基金的旗号从事新的募资活动，给投资者造成巨大损失。

　　对此，北京证监局提醒广大投资者，务必认真核实私募基金管理人登记备案信息，并结合自身风险承受能力谨慎评估、投资私募基金，以免遭受财产损失。

　　为便于投资者鉴别私募基金管理人登记状态，现将中基协查询途径提示如下：（1）查询已登记（未注销）私募基金管理人，https://gs.amac.org.cn/amac-infodisc/res/pof/manager/managerList.html。（2）查询已登记（已注销）私募基金管理人，https://gs.amac.org.cn/amac-infodisc/res/cancelled/manager/index.html；（3）如未查询到，即属未在中基协登记机构。
